For Tenants

Resident Newsletter

Forms

There are two important forms that HOTT tenants need to fill out:
1) New Tenant Move-in Form, which is completed by all new tenants after they have been in their unit for a couple of weeks and it’s used to give staff feedback about the unit and the building; and
2) Annual Income Review Form which goes to all Rent Geared to Income (RGI) tenants to complete. This form collects income information which is used to calculate a household’s rent for the following year. Contact the office if you did receive yours for the most recent year.

Tenant Handbook

All new HOTT tenants receive a Tenant Handbook, which goes over HOTT’s expectations and both our and tenants’ responsibilities. If you have misplaced or lost yours and would like a new one, please contact the HOTT office or Click here to print a copy.

Operations Policies

In addition to corporate policies, HOTT has a number of operations policies which ensure that our organization is run in a fair manner. Please contact staff if you would like to go over our policies or if you have any questions about them.
